The Misericordia University women's tennis team won its eighth straight match with a 7-2 non-conference victory over visiting Keystone College, Sunday.
The Cougars swept the Giants in six singles matches.
Sarah Golis took the fifth singles match 6-0, 6-0 to remain undefeated on the season.
Courtney Otto was also perfect with a 6-0, 6-0 win in fourth singles.
Abby Searfoss, Ashley Mangabang, Maura Haupt and
Lauren Verret also contributed wins in first, second, third and sixth singles respectively.
Golis and
Jennifer Spott represented the only Cougars victory in doubles play. The pair won 8-3 in first doubles.
The Cougars face three conference opponents this week: Wilkes, FDU-Florham and Eastern. They must also finish a suspended game with King's in the coming weeks to round out their conference schedule.
