The University of Scranton women's soccer team turned two MU mistakes into a pair of goals on the way to a 2-0 win over Misericordia, Saturday afternoon at Scranton.

The Cougars held a 15-10 advantage in shots, but were unable to find the back of the net.

Meanwhile, Scranton grabbed a quick 1-0 lead just three minutes into the game.

The Royals added an insurance goal 10 minutes into the second period.

Ashley McDonnell was solid in the midfield for the Cougars while Kate Usher had a strong defensive outing.

MU, 2-5, will host Muhlenberg, Tuesday at 7:00.
