The Misericordia University women's soccer team dropped a tough 2-0 decision to nationally-ranked Johns Hopkins, Wednesday night at Mangelsdorf Field.
Hopkins took a 1-0 lead just 1:30 into the game and added an insurance goal midway through the period.
The teams battled evenly throughout the second half, but the Blue Jays managed their fourth consecutive shutout.
Morgan Myers made 10 saves for the Cougars, including a pair of diving stops in the second half.
Misericordia, 1-2, is at Lebanon Valley, Friday.
