The Misericordia women's tennis team lost a conference match for the first time this fall, dropping a tight 5-4 decision to undefeated King's.

Abby Searfoss continued her perfect season, winning 6-2, 6-1 at first singles and teaming up for an 8-4 victory at first doubles, with Ashley Mangabang.

Searfoss, a senior, is now 16-0 combined in singles and doubles competition this season.

Other Cougar winners were Mangabang at third singles and Ellyn Wingert at sixth singles.

MU falls to 6-2, 2-1 and will host DeSales this Saturday on Homecoming weekend.
