The Misericordia University men's tennis team picked up its first win of the spring with a 9-0 sweep at Rosemont.

Brandon Lux was a 6-0, 6-0 winner at first singles and Fred Hockenbury won 6-0, 6-1 at number-two.

Frank Nutt was 6-0, 6-0 winner at third and Nate Powers was a 6-4, 6-2 winner at the four spot.

Brett Ford won 6-0, 6-0 at number five and Justin Muthler closed out singles play with a 6-0, 6-1 win.

Nutt and Lux were 8-1 winners at first doubles and Ford and Muthler won 8-0 at second doubles.

Kyle Capozzi and Ryan Hartzell won 8-2 at third doubles.
