The Misericordia men's tennis team ended the season with a tough 5-4 loss to Eastern, Saturday.

On Senior Appreciation Day, Fred Hockenbury ended his career as a double-winner for the Cougars, including their lone singles win at number one.

Hockenbury won 6-3, 7-5 in his singles match and teamed with classmate Matt Erney for an 8-6 win at second doubles.

Sal Saraniti and Robert Knipper won 8-6 at first doubles.
