Box Score The Misericordia University men's soccer team suffered its first Freedom Conference loss, 1-0, at King's, Wednesday night.

After a scoreless first half, King's netted the game-winning goal just five minutes into the second half.

The Cougars had some solid scoring chances in the game's opening minutes as they put a shot just over the crossbar and another just wide to the right.

Derek Antonini had MU's best scoring chance of the night, but King's keeper Mark Labbadia made his only save of the night to win the one-v-one battle.

The Cougars are 9-4 overall and tied with King's and FDU-Florham at 2-1 in the Freedom.  MU will travel to first-place Eastern, Saturday.
