The Misericordia University women's tennis team used three double-winners to defeat Cortland, 7-2, Tuesday.

Michelle Cameron, Cassie Foy and Breanne Phillips all won twice for MU while Emily Boro and Emily Hullings both added singles victories.

Cameron won 6-1, 6-2 at first singles and Foy won 6-4, 6-0 at number two and the duo teamed for an 8-1 win at first doubles.

Phillips was a 6-1, 7-6 (7-1) winner at third singles and joined Brittany Bressler for an 8-3 win at third doubles.

Boro won 6-1, 6-1 at number four and Hullings won 6-1, 7-6 (7-4) at number three.

Misericordia, 12-8, will host Marywood, Saturday.
