The Misericordia University men's tennis team was swept by King's on Tuesday afternoon at Kirby Park in Kingston.

Tony Goodall played the closest match of the day, falling to the Monarchs' Bobby Buttafogo 6-3, 6-1 at third singles. Goodall and Eric Correll also battled in an 8-4 loss at second doubles.

The Cougars will return to action on Thursday when they host Immaculata.
