The Misericordia University volleyball team will travel to DeSales for a Freedom Conference semifinal match, Wednesday.
Misericordia, 17-18, is seeded second after finishing 5-2 in the Freedom during the regular season.
Second-seeded DeSales is 22-10 and 6-1 in the Freedom, including a come-from-behind, five-set win at Misericordia two weeks ago.
Shelby Brochetti (2.91) and
Meghan Stack (2.56) combine for nearly six kills per set for the Cougars.
Nicole Tagerty leads the team with 7.27 assists and 0.47 service aces per set.
Kellyn Swanson adds 1.6 kills per set and has a team-high .4 blocks per set.
Wednesday's winner will face the winner of the #1 Eastern/#4 Wilkes match in Saturday's final.
