Box Score The Misericordia University volleyball team extended its winning streak to seven with a 3-0 (25-17, 25-17, 25-15) win at Delaware Valley, Tuesday.

Shelby Brochetti led the Cougars with 12 kills and 10 digs while Meghan Stack added seven kills, five aces and seven digs.

Kellyn Swanson had eight kills and Paige Shaughnessy added seven kills.

Nicole Tagerty had 32 assists as the Cougars improved to 8-8 overall and 2-0 in the Freedom Conference.

In the opener, the Cougars broke a 10-10 tie with five straight points to pull away.

MU trailed 12-11 in the second set before tallying nine of the next 10 points to take a 20-13 lead.

In the finale, the Cougars took an 11-10 lead and Meghan Stack followed with nine straight service points, including four aces, to take a 20-10 lead.

MU will play at the Lycoming Tournament, Friday and Saturday.
