The Misericordia University Volleyball team went 2-1 on Dig Pink day, Saturday.

The Cougars won 3-0 (25-18, 25-18, 25-15)over Summit and3-1 over Goucher before falling3-2 (25-20, 21-25, 25-18, 21-25, 11-15) to Arcadia.

Meghan Stack had a big day on senior day, notching 34 kills, an ace, 36 digs and a solo block.

Nicole Tagerty ran the offense and defense to the tune of 91 assists, nine kills, seven aces, a solo block and 41 digs.

Paige Shaughnessy lead the team in kills with 35.

Maggie Martin and Megan Collins had a strong day serving with Martin notching nine acesand Collins adding 11. Collins also had 14 kills on the day.

Coleby Charlier chipped in 17 kills, eight digs and a solo block.

The Cougars are currently 12-18 and will play at Eastern, Wednesday at 7:00.
