Hunter Kaysa picked a good time to score the first goal of his career, helping the Misericordia's men's soccer team defeat Scranton, 1-0, Tuesday evening at Mangelsdorf Field.
Kaysa scored the only goal of the game off a
Niko Amity corner.
Amity put the ball in the middle of the box and Keysa rose above the defense and headed the ball in, five minutes into the second half.
MU keeper
P.J. Steiner made four saves and made a diving grab on a dangerous low cross with three minutes remaining to preserve the shutout.
The Cougars are 3-1-1 and will travel to York, Saturday at 3:00.Â
