MU Volleyball Drops Two

The Misericordia University volleyball team dropped a pair of matches at the Virginia Wesleyan Tournament.

MU lost 3-0 (25-12, 25-13, 25-17) to Rivier and 3-0 (25-13, 25-19, 25-15) to Wartburg.

Against Rivier, Meghan Stack had a team-high eight kills while Paige Shaugnessy added five.

Nicole Tagerty had 13 assists and nine digs.

Shaughnessy had eight kills against Wartburg and Michelle Sehested added seven and Megan Collins had five.

Tagerty had 23 assists and Lexi Giannone had 16 digs.

Misericordia will visit Scranton, Wednesday.
