The Misericordia University women's soccer team won 3-0 at Manhattanville Saturday afternoon.

Jordyn Martini, Alex Gallagher and Jordyn Powell each scored once while Evelyn Logie, Jacqueline Stevens and Gabby Babula had an assist apiece.

MU outshot the Valiants 12-0 in the first half, but the score was still 0-0 at half.

Six minutes into the second half, Logie crossed a ball in from the right side and Martini beat the keeper to make it 1-0.

12 minutes later, Stevens sent a ball in from the right wing and Gallagher volleyed it in to make it 2-0.

In the 82^nd minute, Babula crossed a ball from near the end line and Powell knocked it in to make it 3-0.

Alyssa Pojero made one save to get the shutout.

The Cougars had a 26-1 edge in shots and 6-2 edge in corners.

The win puts MU at 9-3 on the year and 2-0 in the MAC Freedom

Misericordia will host Eastern, Wednesday at 6:00.
