Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 The Misericordia University women's volleyball team split a pair of games and finished second at the Lycoming Invitational, Sunday.

The Cougars swept Lycoming, 3-0 (25-18, 25-19, 25-23), but lost to York, 3-0 (25-18, 25-9, 25-20).

Nicole Tagerty was named to the All-Tournament team.

She had 28 assists and seven aces against Lycoming while Michelle Sehested led the Cougars with 13 kills and 14 digs.

Paige Shaughnessy had nine kills and 10 digs.

Against York, Tagerty had 15 assists and Shaughnessy had eight kills.

The Cougars are 4-5 and will open MAC Freedom play at Delaware Valley, Tuesday.
