The Misericordia University volleyball team lost to #10 Eastern, 3-0 (25-10, 25-4, 25-13), Wednesday evening at the Anderson Center.

Michelle Sehested led the Cougars with five kills while Paige Shaughnessy and Megan Collins had two kills apiece.

Nicole Tagerty had 10 assists, three aces and nine digs. Ariana Gagliardi and Sehested each had five digs.

MU travels to play Salisbury in the Worthington Classic at Gallaudet, Saturday at 4:00.
