After the Fords took a 1-0 lead midway through the first half,
Colby Eldridge pulled MU even on a penalty stroke at 22:36.
Haverford scored the game-winner 13 minutes into the second half.
Jenn Gazdick made 11 saves in goal for the Cougars.
Misericordia will open MAC Freedom play at FDU-Florham, Saturday.
