Box Score The Misericordia University women's volleyball team dropped a 3-1 (10-25, 8-25, 27-25, 9-25) decision at FDU-Florham, Tuesday.
 
Coleby Charlier had a team-high 10 kills and Sarah Pool added seven.
 
Gabrielle Goodnow had four blocks and Ariana Gagliardi had 19 assists.
 
After dropping the first two sets, the Cougars pulled out a tough 27-25 win in the third set.
 
Two straight kills by Pool and two FDU errors, including a block by Goodnow, gave the Cougars a 20-16 lead.
 
A kill by Goodnow and two FDU errors stretched the MU lead to 24-19.
 
The Devils scored five straight points to pull even, 24-24.
 
Charlier's kill put MU back in front before a service error tied it.
 
Michelle Sehested and Pool had kills to close out the set.
 
The Cougars will visit Elmira, Thursday.
