The Misericordia men's basketball team lost to Susquehanna 75-62, Wednesday evening at the Anderson Center.

Tony Harding led all scorers with 17 points while adding a team-high nine rebounds and four assists.
Tre Fields and
Noah Rivera finished with 14 points and six rebounds each.

Rivera got the Cougars offense started with an easy lay-up off a Harding feed and Fields' dunk with 5:46 remaining in the first half capped a 10-0 Cougar run that gave them a 20-14 lead. Susquehanna closed the half on a 7-0 run to take a 29-26 lead.

Two free throws and a fast break lay-up by Fields gave the Cougars a 30-29 lead to start the second half.

The River Hawks used two separate 8-0 runs of their own to pull ahead by 16 in the second half.

After trading threes, Fields' first three-pointer ignited an 8-0 MU run to make it a 60-52 game.

Despite two Harding three-pointers down the stretch, the Cougars never got closer.

The Cougars next game will be Friday night on the road vs. Valley Forge at 7:00.
