The Misericordia University men's soccer team dropped a 2-0 decision to the University of Scranton, Tuesday night at Mangelsdorf Field.

Connor Casey gave the Royals a 1-0 lead just over three minutes into the second half and Kieran Bracken added an insurance goal in the 68^th minute.

Patrick Hoffman made nine saves in goal for MU.

MU's two best scoring chances came let in the second half.

Levi Robert's shot off a corner went just wide of the goal with 10 minutes to play.

Tristan Snyder blasted a shot from 30 yards out on an empty net, but his shot just sailed wide four minutes later.

Misericordia will visit Salisbury, Saturday.
