The Misericordia University men's soccer team dropped a 2-0 decision to the University of Scranton, Tuesday night at Mangelsdorf Field.
Connor Casey gave the Royals a 1-0 lead just over three minutes into the second half and Kieran Bracken added an insurance goal in the 68
th minute.
Patrick Hoffman made nine saves in goal for MU.
MU's two best scoring chances came let in the second half.
Levi Robert's shot off a corner went just wide of the goal with 10 minutes to play.
Tristan Snyder blasted a shot from 30 yards out on an empty net, but his shot just sailed wide four minutes later.
Misericordia will visit Salisbury, Saturday.
