Eastern Volleyball Sweeps MU

The Misericordia University women's volleyball team dropped a 3-0 (25-11, 25-14, 25-18) decision in MAC Freedom action, Tuesday.

Sarah Pool led the Cougars with six kills while Tara Welliver, Paige Shaughnessy and Jassmine Watson had four each.  Ariana Gagliardi had nine assists and Kaitlin Wheeler had nine digs.

Karley May added seven assists while Watson and Poll had five and four digs, respectively.

MU, 9-5, will compete at Lebanon Valley this weekend.
