The Misericordia University men's volleyball team dropped a 3-0 decision at Stevenson, Saturday.
Ryan Miller led the Cougars with nine kills and
Caleb Bauder had seven kills and two blocks.
Matt Lavin had two blocks and
Bailey Brugler had 20 assists.
After dropping the first set, 25-11, the Cougars battled to a 25-22 decision in the second set before the Mustangs closed the win with another 25-11 victory.
A block by Bauder and Lavin keyed a 3-0 run that gave MU a 9-6 lead in the second set.
The teams traded points until kills by Bauder and Miller put MU in front, 18-17.
Two more kills by Miller pulled the Cougars even, 20-20, but Stevenson closed the match on a 5-1 run.
Misericordia will visit Arcadia, Wednesday.
