The Misericordia University women's tennis team opened the spring season with a 9-0 win over Keystone, Monday.

Allison Mattucci and Carly Young were double winners for the Cougars. Mattucci won at first singles while Young won at second singles and the pair teamed for a win at first doubles.

Erika Slowicki and Sam Kropa won in singles action while Amberlynn Habich and Linsey Parks won at second doubles.

MU won by forfeit at fifth and sixth singles and third doubles.
