The Misericordia University men's lacrosse team improved to 3-0 with a 20-5 win over Emmanuel, Monday night in Clearwater, FL.

Patrick Kellish led the Cougars with 10 points on six goals and four assists and
Chris Fleming added three goals and an assist.

Sean McSwiggan and
Jake Kocovsky both scored two goals.
Â
Ryan Romaine was 10-19 on face-offs and tied with
Patrick Newins with a team-high five groundballs.

Michael Iglio had three caused turnovers and
Paul Hanrahan,
Robert Wagner,
John Tierney and
David Pettine all had two.

Antonio Whyte made six saves over the first three periods to earn the win in goal.

Kellish scored the first three goals to give MU a 3-0 lead just over three minutes into the game.

Fleming scored three of the next four goals as the Cougars took a 6-1 lead after one period.

MU scored the next 11 goals, including five man-up, to build a 17-2 lead early in the fourth quarter.

The Cougars will face St. John Fisher, Thursday at 1:00 in Clearwater.
