Box Score The Misericordia University women's volleyball team rallied for a 3-2 win over Grove City in the ECAC Championships, Saturday afternoon at Marywood.

After dropping the first two sets, 25-17, 25-23, the Cougars took the next three, 25-17, 27-25, 15-12, to advance to the semifinals against NYU, Sunday at 11:00 a.m. at Marywood.

Tara Welliver led the Cougars with 15 kills, wo aces and two blocks while Faith Merritt and Amanda Curcio added 12 kills each.

Fiona Pyfer had 11 kills and Jessica Oltman added nine.

Karley May had 52 assists and four aces and Mikayla Gunkle and Alexa Monro both added two aces each.

The Cougars avenged a loss to Grove City in the season opener to improve to 22-17.
