The Misericordia University men's track & field team finished fourth at the Muhlenberg Invitational, Saturday.
Chris Sabol won the 3000m steeplechase,
Evan Jones won the shot put and
Lukas Schubert-Brown won the javelin.
Sam Marcel was third in the shot put and
Jeremy Kuba placed third in the hammer throw.
Conall Joyce was fifth in the javelin and
James Lukachinsky finished sixth.
Wesley Hill finished fifth in the 110m hurdles and sixth in the 400m hurdles.
Jones was sixth in the hammer throw and Joyce was eighth.
Michael Schwartz was sixth in the long jump and
Riley Newman placed sixth at 800m.
Jack Malone finished seventh at 5000m while
Jarod Cipriano (100m) and
Bryce Steele (high jump) both placed eighth.
The Cougars finished fourth of 12 teams with 81 points.
At the Sam Howell Invitational at Princeton,
Alex Fitch was 13
th overall and the top D-III finisher at 5000m and
Devin Oyola was 10
th overall and second among D-III finishers in the 400m hurdles.
