The Misericordia University field hockey team fell 1-0 in overtime to Cortland, Saturday night.

After battling to a scoreless draw over 60 minutes of regulation, the Red Dragons scored the game-winner a little over a minute into overtime.

Katelyn Campbell made seven saves in goal for MU.

Madisyn Granoski nearly gave the Cougars the lead three minutes into the game, the Red Dragons goalie deflected the shot.

Campbell made a great play with four minutes left in the third quarter when she came off her line to thwart a Cortland break away.

Cortland had a shot off a corner in regulation that was cleared away by
Kortney McEwen.

Later in the second half, Campbell batted down a Red Dragon shot to keep the game scoreless.
