The Misericordia men's volleyball team swept their tri-match Saturday afternoon. The Cougars defeated Elizabethtown, 3-0, and D'Youville, 3-0 to improve to 6-3 on the year.
MU took the Blue Jays of Elizabethtown, 25-23, 25-16 and 26-24 in their opening match.
Brian Ross led Cougars with 10 kills and Ryan Miller added nine kills, three aces and three blocks.
Matt Lavin had eight kills, three blocks and one ace while Billy Murphy had six kills. Dylan Sellitti racked up 29 assists and three kills.
In their second match of the day MU handled the Spartans, 25-17, 25-13, 25-17.
Miller led the team with seven kills, three aces and two blocks. Lavin tallied six kills and five blocks and Austin Cervasio added six kills, two aces and one block.
Sellitti had 24 assists, two aces and two blocks to finish out the day.
Misericordia will travel to Ramapo, Thursday at 7 p.m.
