Misericordia competed against the undefeated Randolph Macon College.

In the first match, the Cougars built their team around the usage of the Miss Fortune Ultimate in team fights.

The match started out strong as a fight broke out in the top side river which allowed Josh Zawatski to get the first elimination of the match as well as a follow up elimination by Zack Grosvenor.

However, Randolph-Macon wiped the bot lane with a gank by the opposing jungler which led to the Yellow Jackets getting the first dragon of the match.

The opposing bot lane used the lead they achieved with the junglers gank to snowball their lane against the Cougars own bot lane.

Randolph Macon won two-vs-two fights across the map by forcing uncomfortable fights for the Cougars. In the end, the Yellow Jackets blew up the Cougars nexus in a 32-minute match.

In the second match, the Cougars went with a team composition of hyper scaling late game.

With the Yellow Jackets getting two eliminations at 3:20, it was a rough start for the Cougars.

Daniel Sayre and Peter Sayre tried to get a lead in the bot lane with Jackson Garripa in the jungle.  However, however it wasn't enough to snowball Peter's Kog'ma.

The team fight that the Yellow Jackets brought was to strong and the Cougars lost their nexus at 26:00.
