The Misericordia University football team fell at Stevenson, 37-0, Saturday.
David Cromwell led the Cougars with 44 yards rushing and had two catches for 16 yards.
Willie Wallace,
Carlos Artson and
Eric Jeffries all had two receptions.
Eric Glass had a team-high 12 tackles and
Andrew Lee made nine stops.
After falling behind 20-0, the Cougars put together their best drive of the game early in the second quarter.
Cromwell picked up nine yards on first down and a Stevenson penalty gave MU a first down at their own 39.
Mitchell Micale gained five yards on first down and Cromwell picked up six for a first down at midfield.
Micale hit Cromwell for 13 yards to the 37 and then connected with Artson for 13 yards to convert a third-and-4 to the Stevenson 18.
The drive stalled and MU's 41-yard field goal attempt was short.
Misericordia is 2-4 and 1-4 in the MAC. The Cougars will host Delaware Valley, Saturday.
