The seventh-ranked Misericordia University women's soccer team remained perfect in the MAC Freedom with a 2-0 win at Lycoming, Wednesday.

The Cougars got production from their top three scorers as
Emma Sweitzer,
Kaylee Sturans and
Michaela Fasolino all recorded a point.

Sweitzer had a goal and an assist as the Cougars won their fifth straight game to improve to 13-1 overall and 5-0 in the MAC Freedom.

Fasolino scored a goal and Sturans added an assist.

Facing the Warriors for the first time since 2013, the Cougars dominated from the start as they took 10 shots in each half and allowed just one shot.

Fasolino had a team-high five shots while Sweitzer and Sturans had four shots each as the trio combined for 13 of MU's 20 shots.

Sweitzer scored the game-winner in the 13
th minute when buried a cross from Sturans into the center of the net.

Fasolino added an insurance goal when she placed a shot into the right side of the goal just eight minutes later.

The Cougars will travel to FDU-Florham, Saturday at 4:00. The Devils are 11-4-1 and are tied for third in the MAC Freedom at 3-1-1 after Wednesday's 3-1 loss to Arcadia.
