The Misericordia University women's golf team opened the season with a split of a tri-match with King's and Wilkes, Saturday at Wyoming Valley Country Club.

King's finished first at 440 with MU second at 456 and Wilkes third with 468.

Maddy Wharton led MU with an 84 and finished second overall.

Lillian Gleeson was fifth.
