The ninth-ranked Misericordia University women's soccer team will travel to seventh-ranked Messiah College in a battle of d3soccer.com top-10 teams, Saturday at 7:00 PM. 
 
The unbeaten Cougars enter the match at 7-0 and are seeking their first win against the Falcons.  
 
Misericordia owns a win over #19 Carnegie Mellon while Messiah, 4-1-1, tied third-ranked Johns Hopkins and lost to #13 McDaniel.  The Falcons have a win over #10 William Smith.
 
The Cougars are averaging 3.86 goals per game while allowing just 0.29.  MU goalkeeper Alexis Benedetto has a 0.15 goals against average.
 
The MU attack is led by Kaylee Sturans (8g, 1a) and Emma Sweitzer (4g, 3a) while Michaela Fasolino adds five goals. 
 
Julia Beck, Maegan Allspach and Ally Waite have all scored two goals while Kate Field has a team-high four assists.
 
Messiah is averaging 2.00 goals per game while allowing 0.83.
 
Rachael Tirjans (6g, 1a) accounts for nearly half of Messiah's offense with 13 points.
 
Courtney Dunlop has a 0.67 GAA in the last three games in goal for Messiah.
