Camryn Hubric and Sarah Wagner have been named the Misericordia University Wendy's Female Athletes of the Month for February while Kevin Lazdowsky and Anthony DePalma shared the men's honor.
 
A junior swimmer, Hubric won two individual titles while leading the Cougars to a fourth-place finish at the MAC Championships.
 
Set school records while winning the 50 free and 100 free and anchored the winning 200 medley relay team.
 
She finished eighth in the 100 back and was part of the runner-up 200 free relay team.  She also helped the 400 medley relay to a third place finish while the 400 free relay squad was fourth.
 
Wagner, a first year on the women's track & field team, led the Cougars to the MAC Indoor championship.
 
She won the long jump and was part of the wining 4x200 relay.
 
She finished fourth at 60m and 200m and was named the MAC Rookie of the Year.
 
Lazdowsky, a first year on the men's basketball team, earned honorable mention All-MAC Freedom.
 
For the month, he averaged 16.4 points and 4.9 rebounds per game.
 
She shot 95.7% from the free throw line and led the Cougars to a trip to the MAC Freedom semifinals.
 
DePalma, a sophomore on the men's volleyball team, hit .270 with 3.11 kills per set in 12 matches.  He had .34 aces per set and had seven matches with double digit kills while facing four nationally-ranked teams.
