The Misericordia University women's tennis team swept Arcadia to set a new school record with their ninth straight victory, Friday.

Brianna Pizzano, Emily Brecker, Lydia Barbour and Lauren Visalli were all double winners.

Pizzano won 6-0, 6-0 at first singles and Brecker won 6-1, 6-0 at number two.

Barbour was 6-0, 6-0 winner at number three and Visalli won 6-1, 6-0 at fourth singles.

Pizzano/Brecker won 8-0 at first doubles and Visalli teamed with Hailey Loughlin to twin 8-1 at number two.

Barbour joined Cassie Benderavich for an 8-1 win at third doubles.

Nicole Pangiochi won 6-0, 6-1 at fifth singles and Samantha Atcavage added a 6-1, 6-0 win at number six.
