MU Drops Game Two at Arcadia

The Misericordia University baseball team's streak of MAC Freedom championships ended with a pair of losses at Arcadia, Saturday.

After dropping Friday's suspended game by a 10-9 score, the Cougars lost the nightcap, 9-2.

Arcadia scored in each of the first three innings to take a 4-0 lead.

Down 9-0, Derrick Vosburg hit a two-run homer in the eighth inning to account for MU's runs.

Vosburg had three of Misericordia's five hits while Garrett McIlhenney and Brady Madden also had hits.

The Cougars finished 28-17.
