The Misericordia University women's track & field team finished eighth of 53 teams at the All-Atlantic Regional Track & Field Championships, Thursday at Moravian.

Brenna Karnish led the Cougars with a third-place finish in the hammer throw (48.53m) and Averi Rine was fourth at 800m (2:15.2).

Sonialys Badillo and Casey Allen were fifth in the 400m hurdles (1:03.58) and high jump (1.6m), respectively.

Kirstin Gallagher, Bri Wagner, Rine and Sarah DeVries were fifth in the 4x800 relay (9:44.2) and Badillo,

Amber Hackenberg, Natasha Mihalko and Sarah Wagner were eighth in the 4x100 (48.54).
