The Misericordia University men's soccer team battled to a 0-0 draw with the University of Scranton, Wednesday night at Mangelsdorf Field.
Andrew Daubenspeck made four saves in goal, including a kick-save from late in the first half, to earn the shutout.
Misericordia's best opportunity came on a direct kick in the 44
th minute when
Anthony Yarabinee's left-footed strike from inches outside the box rattled the crossbar.
Scranton threatened off a long throw in the 55
th minute, but MU's Brandon Ebersole cleared a shot off the line to preserve the shutout.
Misericordia held a slight edge in shots, 11-9, and in corners, 6-3.
Misericordia is 3-0-2 and will travel to Kean, Saturday.
