The Misericordia University women's golf team opened its fall season with a pair of matches over the weekend at Irem Golf Club.
 
The Cougars dropped a tri-match with Albright and Arcadia, Saturday.

Misericordia – 443
 
Jordyn Ruane shot 95 to lead the Cougars and finish second overall.
 
Callie Cooper of Albright finished first overall with a 90.
 
The Cougars lost to Scranton, 353-401, Sunday.
 
Ruane finished fourth overall with an 89 and Sophia Zwack was fifth at 101.
 
Scranton's Victoria Dowling shot 78.
