The Misericordia University cheerleading program competed in the gamy-day division of the Universal Cheerleading Association national championships, Friday at Disney World in Orlando, FL.
 
The Cougars gave an outstanding performance and received zero deductions to finish the semifinal round in third place among 26 schools for Division I, II and III from throughout the country.
 
The game-day finals are scheduled for Saturday.
