The nationally-ranked Misericordia University women's soccer team ended the regular season with its sixth straight shutout in a 3-0 win at Arcadia, Saturday.
 
Julia Beck had a goal and an assist and Emma Sweitzer and Maegan Allspach added goals as the Cougars won their ninth straight game to improve to finish 7-0 in the MAC Freedom and 13-3-1 overall.
 
Beck carried down the left side before threading a pass to Sweitzer just inside the box where took a touch and hit a shot off the inside of the right post for a 1-0 lead at 12:45.
 
The score stood until midway through the second half when the Cougars struck twice in a little over two minutes.
 
The Cougars added an insurance goal when Beck headed home a corner kick from Brenna Field at 76:52.
 
Allspach closed out the scoring when she beat an Arcadia defender on the right side of the box and hit a shot off the inside of the left post for a 3-0 lead at 79:04.
 
MU will host DeSales in a MAC Freedom semifinal, Tuesday at 7:00.
