The Misericordia University women's tennis team improved to 5-0 with a 7-2 win over Alvernia, Wednesday.

Hailey Loughlin, Isabella Aniska and Gabrielle Chantiloupe were all double-winners for the Cougars.

Lydia Barbour and Teresa Thomas added singles wins for MU.

Loughlin won 6-3, 6-2 at third singles and teamed with Aniska for an 8-3 win at second doubles.  Aniska won 6-0, 6-1 at fourth singles.

Chantiloupe won 6-0, 6-1 at fifth singles and joined Cassie Benderavich to win 8-2 at third doubles.

Barbour won 6-2, 6-3 at second singles and Thomas won 6-3, 6-0 at sixth singles.
