Jocelyn Grosch scored a career-high 19 points to lead the Misericordia University women's basketball team to a 71-33 win over Wilson, Thursday night on Doc Mould Court.
Skylar Bianchi had eight points and
Chloe Captoni had a team-high eight rebounds.
Gianna Delfino added seven points as the Cougars had 12 different players score to give MU head coach Jess Rini her first career win.
The Cougars raced out to a 22-5 lead after one quarter and put the game away with a 12-0 second quarter.
Grosch was 8-13 from the floor, including 3-5 from three-point range.
Skylar Dowling opened the game with a layup and Bianchi followed with two straight buckets as the Cougars built a 10-0 lead.
Misericordia shot 30-60 from the floor.
MU will visit Clarks Summit University, Saturday.
