The Misericordia University men's lacrosse team dropped a heartbreaking 16-15 decision at DeSales, Wednesday night.
The Cougars scored nine straight goals to take a 10-3 lead late in the second quarter and led 11-5 midway through the third period.
DeSales with eight goals over the final 4:19 of the third quarter to take a 13-11 lead. The Bulldogs scored to open the fourth period to go up 14-11.
Kyle Vandenberg and
Ryan Vandenberg both had four goals and an assist to lead MU.Â
Robert Wagner had three goals and two assists and
Connor Bevan had two goals and three assists.
Nick Mehnert and
Don Conway both had six ground balls.
