MU jumped out to an early lead to take game two, 5-1.
 
Kareem Jefferson scored twice in the nightcap and Connor Beans added a goal in a 4-1 win.
 
Carmody led the Cougars with nine goals, two assists and three saves.
 
Jefferson had five goals, four assists and a save and Beans had a goal, an assist and a save.
