Box Score The Misericordia University hockey team opened a two-game series at #12 Stevenson with a tough 2-0 loss, Friday night.

Jake Perrin made 47 saves in the loss.

After the Mustangs scored on their first shot just 28 seconds into the game, Perrin stopped the next 47 shots he faced, including 25 saves in the second period.

Stevenson added an empty-net goal in the final minute.

Dominic Della Civita led the Cougars with five shots and Corbin Scheibel added four shots.  Scheibel was also 4-7 on face-offs.

Gabriel Reis had a team-high three blocks.

The Cougars will face Stevenson, Saturday at 3:00.
