The Misericordia University women's cross country team opened the season with an impressive win at the Misericordia Invitational, Friday night at Letterkenny Fields.

Grace Gallagher (15:06), Bri Wagner (15:13) and Madison Kammer (15:22) swept the top three spots as the Cougars tallied 26 points to top runner-up Dickinson (46).

Grace Morningstar (15:57) was eighth and Sydney Curry (16:20) finished 12^th to round out MU's top five.
