The Misericordia University women's volleyball team extended its winning streak to eight straight with a sweep at Wilkes, Tuesday.
Meghan Peters had 11 kills and two blocks and Rachael LoFaso and Cassandra Genduso had seven kills each.
Jenna Schuda had 26 assists, 10 digs and two aces.
Jessica Cleveland had 11 digs.
Down 12-10 in the opener, the Cougars scored four straight points to take the lead for good, 14-12.
Schuda and Peters had aces as MU closed the set on a 5-1 run.
Schuda had two kills to fuel a 6-0 run to give MU a 13-6 lead in the second set.
Genduso had a pair of kills and Schuda added an ace as the Cougars used a 6-1 spurt to build a 19-9 lead.
Peters had three kills and an ace to help the Cougars take an 18-9 lead in the finale.
