The #16 Misericordia University men's volleyball team opened its MAC schedule with a 3-0 sweep of King's, Thursday night on Doc Mould Court.

The Cougars won 25-22, 25-18, 25-21 to extend its win streak to four and improve to 14-7 overall and 1-0 in the MAC.

Jared Piontkowski led the Cougars with 20 kills, two aces and two blocks.Â

King's led early in the first set until a service error put the Cougars in front for good, 20-19.
